Hygiene & Liability

Charlie’s Catering confirms that they have and will maintain appropriate Public Liability Insurance. A copy of the certificate is available upon request.

Charlie’s Catering follows strict HACCP guidelines for all food production, handling, storage and distribution and dealings with customers and their guests. Our policy, based on these guidelines, restricts the service of foodstuffs to a maximum of four hours after being removed from refrigeration.
Charlie's is registered with Hounslow Council for food hygiene

Charlie’s Catering advise that all food must be consumed after two hours of initial serving, therefore any food consumed after two or more hours of it first being served is at the clients’ discretion and therefore becomes their responsibility.
Where Charlie’s Catering use the customers kitchen facilities, they will be thoroughly reviewed prior to the event but if they are deemed to be unsuitable on the event date for any reason then Charlie’s Catering will accept no liability for cancellation of the event
New food allergy law, WE are compliant

Recent changes in the law mean all food businesses across Europe such as restaurants, takeaways, bakeries etc. have to tell their customers about ingredients in their food which are known allergens, including nuts, milk, celery, gluten, soya and wheat.
PLEASE advise us of any allergies so that we in turn can advise you of the safest way forward

Executive Chef Robbie Lewis
I have been in the events industry for over 21 years; I left school and was lucky to attend a training course at a local hotel. There over the course of two years I learnt the basic skills in culinary arts and personal chef services. Being a young lad after the course I looked at different avenues in events and catering. In 1996 I decided to set up the equipment hire side that has grown from strength to strength.....Always dealing and being creative with food, now I am back with a BANG and over the last eight years have managed to produce creative menus and food design to accommodate all types of functions.
The results and ratings speak for themselves and I pride myself in producing the perfect catered event. With our fully equipped Catering Equipment Hire Company and our Executive Catering Services we can now tailor a package to suit any budget.
